Several members of the board, along with President Pecco Beaufays awards the Family Resource Center's Executive Director, Michelle Lennon and Tammy Emery, $1,000 on behalf of the Tilton Northfield Rotary Foundation. These funds will be used by the center to fund the Cooperative Co-parenting class being offered at year-end. This program was recommended to parents by the New Hampshire Department of Children, Youth and Family. This video-based cooperative parenting program gives separated or divorced parents the power to make positive changes that shield their children from parental conflict and will help guide parents in establishing long-term relationships with their child's other parent. The course will be facilitated by two trained parent educators. The eight week program is part video and part group discussion. Each session is designed to last 2 hours. If you are interested in learning more about this program, please contact Michelle J. Lennon, Executive Director 286-4255.
We wish the Family Resource Center much success in this program, as well as all other offerings they represent.  The Family Resource Center is located at 283/291 Main Street, Suite 3 in downtown Tilton.
